Taste the Drylands by CGIAR Research Program on Dryland Systems on Exposure

On the occasion of the World Food Day 2016, the CGIAR Research Program on Dryland Systems is shedding light on the invaluable contribution drylands make to achieving the food and nutrition security of its two billion inhabitants, and the rest of the world.

To this end, the CGIAR Research Program on Dryland Systems is launching Taste the Drylands, an Exposure story in the form of a recipe book that puts the spotlight on key crops and legumes across the global drylands.
