Dr. Botir Dosov is a strategic innovation platform coordinator for CGIAR Research Program on Dryland Systems in Central Asia. He holds a PhD in Economics.
As a Technical Advisor for Central Asia and the Caucasus Association of Agricultural Research Institutions (CACAARI) he facilitates multi-institutional and multi-discipline dialogue on critical issues related to agricultural research and innovations and collaborative action through national, regional and international partnerships, promotes broader partnerships with regional and sub-regional networks, with particular emphasis on cooperation with CACAARI, that are necessary for the implementation of the Platform.
Previously he worked for World bank and Asian Development bank development projects as a Chief Specialist on Monitoring and Evaluation. He has an expertise design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development interventions.
